We aim to hold stocks of all items that we display on the website, however in some cases stock may not be available from our suppliers. When this applies it is displayed as out of stock in field AVAILABILITY on each product page. If this is the case for an item you wish to buy, please e-mail us to: info (@) cafe4racer.eu and we will advise you of when we estimate stocks will be available.
Each product page displays our current stock level for each type available (e.g. size and colour etc)
Occasionally, due to human error, our stock levels may not be correct - if we don't have an item that you have ordered we will contact you immediately the error comes to light.
All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payment with VISA, Mastercard, SEPA Bank transfers or PAYPAL. By submitting an order to us through our site, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full
Note: If you choose bank transfer we usually are waiting for 7 days for the payment and in the meantime we send one reminding email to let you know about unpaid order. After the 7th business day we usually cancel unpaid order if you don't ask us to wait.
All the products we selling are new, directly from the manufacturer with full warranty (2 years or more guaranteed by manufacturer), We don't accept return of custom made products (seats, shock absorbers) made base on customer requirement.

Once the customer will not take over already dispatched package/order and the package/order will be returned back to us with reason "rejected by the customer", we will immediately refund the customer's payment, but we will deduct cost to send it to you and cost to return the package max 35€
