The IK FOAM Pro 2 professional foaming machine has been designed for the creation of dry and durable foam. Designed for use with chemical agents with surfactant properties. iK Foam Pro 2 provides the user with a thick; durable foam; which is ideal for professional cleaning; sanitation and disinfection work; HVAC system cleaning; vehicle washing and detailing; as well as for disinfecting food processing areas and industrial kitchens.HOW TO MAKE PERFECT FOAM?
Unscrew the sprayer head by turning counterclockwise.
Fill the tank with water to the specified maximum working volume of 1;25L
Pour in the foaming product.
Screw in tightly.
Pressurise the device using strokes (approx. 15). For good quality foam it is important to pressurize; until the valve clicks or pops.
To start spraying; make sure; the safety lock is off. Squeeze the handle and compensate for the loss of pressure by; making multiple passes as you work.
When work is complete, activate the safety lock and release the pressure by pulling the safety valve.
If more than one product is used with different chemicals ; use identification caps to identify the contents of each frother by placing them on the end of the handle.
To remove; pull in the direction of the arrows using a tool or pointed instrument.
Three colored nozzles for 3 different types of foam:
Gray = standard foam - this adapter is installed as a standard part on the sprayer.
Orange = wet foam - used to cover large areas (cars; windows, etc.) with foam.
Green = dry foam - used; when you don't want to over-soak the surface being cleaned.

Cleaning and maintenance:
Degrease the foamer after each use.
Collect and dispose of any residue in accordance with legislation; regulations and current regulations.
Clean the machine with water.
If the nozzle is clogged, clean it with water and do not use metal objects.
To prolong the life of the joints; periodically apply a few drops of oil or lubricant to the moving parts.
To gain access to the valve chamber; remove the cylinder guard by pulling it firmly.
