Nano preservative

The 1K-Nano preservative bonds firmly to the paintwork and, based on innovative reactive substances, forms an extremely smooth, high-gloss, chemical-, UV- and abrasion-resistant paintwork preservative layer. Special additives impart an extremely deep gloss to the varnish. Thanks to the "OneStep" process, the working time is significantly reduced compared to a two-component system. The varnish will be perfectly and long-lastingly protected against adverse weather conditions. Thanks to the unique easy to clean effect, the removal of insects; bird droppings and similar dirt will be much easier. The durability of this lacquer preservative is approx. 1 year; by regular hand shampooing NanoMagicShampoo (hand washing).

Application:

A. Thoroughly wash the vehicle with a wax-free product - e.g. Vorreiniger B active foam without NTA - dilution: foamer 1:1; sprayer 1:20 or Gentle Snow Foam - dilution 50 ml of product per 10 l of water; or through a foamer 1:1.

B. We will remove emergent rust and industrial dirt using Reactive Rust Remover 500 ml or 11 l chemical pre-wash - product is not diluted. For a better result we agitate the product on the bodywork with a sponge. Then rinse the vehicle and dry thoroughly. 1K Nano Application - Perform in a garage or covered area and use rubber gloves when applying:

A. Apply 1K Nano to the vehicle; which has a smooth surface; i.e., no scratches or holograms. In this case it is a brand new vehicle. For an older vehicle, we achieve a smooth surface by applying an abrasive paste Heavy Cut H9.01 followed by the use of an anti-hologram polishing paste Micro Cut M3.02 see second point for polishing vehicles B and D. B. The next step is to thoroughly degrease the vehicle body. Spray the degreaser on the bodywork and wipe dry with a blue micro-phase cloth.

C. Application. Then apply the product into the black sponge and apply in small circular motions to the bodywork. Always apply 1K Nano one at a time to each part of the bodywork. Allow the product to dry on the bodywork for approximately 7 - 10 minutes; then buff thoroughly with a blue micro-phase cloth. After three hours, re-polish the vehicle with a new (clean) blue micro-phase cloth and leave to cure for a further three hours. Then the vehicle is finished.
