Ceramic Allround C0.02 is a ceramic coating; which serves for long term protection of many surfaces. A very thin protective layer is permanently bonded to the surface by means of a chemical reaction. This chemical reaction is triggered by air humidity. Full curing occurs after approximately nine days. Ceramic Allround C0.02 produces a strongly hydrophobic surface; which repels liquids very well. The treated surface is easy to clean by hand; its maintenance is very simple. The achieved gloss is maintained even after the use of acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. The hardened ceramic protection thus protects the paintwork from environmental influences; such as UV radiation; sprinkling salt; bird droppings or airborne rust (also airborne corrosion); and reduces mechanical damage. It thus makes a significant contribution to maintaining or increasing the value of the vehicle. Field of application : Painted surfaces on passenger cars; commercial vehicles; motorcycles; motorhomes; caravans; boats etc. Directions for use : Clean or wash the vehicle thoroughly with an alkaline product (e.g. Green Star Universal cleaner diluted 1:10; do not use shampoos with wax) before polishing and final protection. In the case of coarse soiling (e.g. resin; rust build-up; tar, etc.), pre-clean the surface with red; possibly blue cleaning modelling clay or use asphalt removers e.g. Teerwäsche A, etc. Depending on the condition of the paintwork (heavily to moderately weathered), the preparation is carried out by machine using coarse abrasive paste Heavy Cut H9.01 or fine abrasive paste Fine Cut F6.01. Please refer to the product information for Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine Cut F6.01 for exact instructions. Processing of slightly weathered paintwork and removal of holograms after polishing with Heavy Cut H9.01 or Fine Cut F6.01 is carried out by machine with Micro Cut M3.02 high gloss paste using a forced rotation eccentric polisher (e.g. Makita PO5000C). For this please read the information on the use of Micro Cut M3.02. Remove the paste residue completely with a professional microfibre cloth. Wipe all surfaces with moderate pressure with a clean professional microfibre cloth soaked in silicone and wax remover or degreaser and wax remover Panel Preparation Spray and wipe with another new professional microfibre cloth just before drying. This is the only way to completely remove tensides; drying agents; oils contained in pastes, etc. and avoid adhesion problems with Ceramic Allround C0.02. Caution: for sensitive lacquers or single coat lacquers, a silicone and wax remover is required - Silicon- Allow the product to air for about 5 minutes and then immediately polish it with the included microfiber Coating towel. Next, use another clean cloth to remove any excess product and then use the clean side of the cloth to buff the treated area in a circular motion from the outside in. Finally, under a paint inspection lamp, make sure there are no streaks left. Consumption per car approx. 15-20 ml. Important information for use. Ceramic Allround C0.02 reacts with air humidity. This may cause crystals to form on the edge of the bottle when opened. If these crystals get on the application cloth; it may scratch the treated surface. Therefore, the crystals should always be wiped off with a cloth; before dripping the product onto the Application Towel. If Ceramic Allround C0.02 becomes more viscous (stiff and sticky) during application; too little product has been used and the product must be reapplied. In the case of a double coat, a drying time of about 45 minutes should be observed between the first and second coat...
