Kemtex Intermediate Pad is a foam intermediate pad designed to be placed between the backing plate of an eccentric sander and the grinding disc. It transforms a hard or medium-hard backing plate into a soft one, ensuring finer sanding, better shape conformity, and reducing the risk of sanding through the paint.

Thanks to the flexible polyester foam, it is ideal for sanding curves, edges, and profiled parts, especially with fine grits P320 and higher. The intermediate pad also helps extend the life of grinding discs, reduces clogging, and ensures a more even sanding pattern.

Instructions for Use
