COLOURLOCK Leather & Fur Wash Concentrate is a highly effective special detergent designed for gentle cleaning of leather and fur. Whether you need to clean leather motorcycle clothing, wool coats, or fur accessories, this concentrate ensures that the material remains clean, flexible, and free from shrinkage risk after washing.

This 1-liter variant is ideal for professional workshops, motorcyclists with multiple sets of clothing, or households requiring regular maintenance of leather materials.

Application instructions and recommendations:

1. Hand washing

• Dosing: Depending on the size of the laundry, use approx. 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle (for 250ml packaging, for 1L packaging approx. 100-150ml) per 10–15 liters of lukewarm water (max. 35 °C).

• Procedure: Soak the garment for about 30 minutes. Use a soft brush for stubborn dirt. After washing, rinse once with clean water. Residues of the detergent in the leather are desirable as they ensure subsequent softness.

2. Machine washing

• Program: Set a delicate cycle or wool program at a temperature of max. 35 °C.

• Dosing: Use the full dose (approx. 200-250ml) for a complete motorcycle suit or a large coat.

• Procedure: After the cycle ends, spin the garment briefly (if the program allows), remove from the drum, and thoroughly shake out all folds.

3. Proper drying (Key step)

• Environment: Dry freely hung at room temperature. Place heavy items on dry towels.

• Avoid: Never dry in a dryer, on a radiator, or in direct sunlight! Drying may take several days.

• Softness trick: When the leather is almost dry (slightly damp), gently massage and stretch it with your hands in all directions occasionally. After complete drying, stretch the garment lengthwise and crosswise to loosen the fibers.

• Yield: 1 liter is sufficient for approx. 4 to 8 washes (depending on garment size).

• Warning: Shake the bottle well before use. Always test in an inconspicuous area in advance to check for unwanted color or surface changes. Protect from frost and high temperatures.
