PRO Tank Ring

The PRO tank ring for Ducati DesertX Rally is located on a motorcycle-specific mounting bracket that is attached to available mounting points on the motorcycle.

The locking mechanism of SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK tank rings, which has been tested and proven over many years, can now be operated even more easily thanks to the magnetic guidance tool from Fidlock technology. The positioning of the upper ring has been significantly improved: the sliding upper ring is already pre-assembled on the tank bag with a guide rail, and there is no need to drill the tank.

In this way, the upper ring can be individually aligned on the guide rail on the underside of the tank bag. Once the correct position is found, the upper ring is securely screwed on. When switching to another motorcycle, the position of the upper ring can be adjusted accordingly.

The magnetic guidance, developed by Fidlock, complements the already advanced mechanical locking system SW-MOTECH QUICK-LOCK: the magnets guide the upper ring into the correct position on the tank ring, and the lock securely snaps into place. The force of the magnets supports the positioning of the tank bag. Attach the tank bag in one simple step and go - with this clever solution, your luggage is safe.

The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets connect the two parts of the ring together. Robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic with highly precise locking geometry ensures that the tank bag stays securely in place in all situations.

The patented PRO tank ring is designed to fit the tank filler neck of the motorcycle model, ensuring the best possible placement on the tank.
