PRO Tankring
In this model of the PRO tank ring, the tank filler is replaced by a tank ring adapter during production. The PRO tank ring is attached to the tank ring adapter.
The locking mechanism of the QUICK-LOCK tank rings from SW-MOTECH, which has been tested and proven for many years, can now be operated even more easily thanks to the magnetic guidance assistance from Fidlock technology. The positioning of the upper ring has been significantly improved: the sliding upper ring is already pre-assembled on a bag with a guide rail, and the tank bag does not need to be drilled.
In this way, the upper ring can be adapted to the guide rail on the bottom of the tank bag. Once the correct position is found, the upper ring is securely screwed in place. When switching to another motorcycle, the position of the upper ring can be adjusted accordingly.
The magnetic guidance developed by Fidlock complements the already advanced mechanical locking system of the QUICK-LOCK SW-MOTECH: the magnets guide the upper ring to the appropriate position on the tank ring, and the lock securely snaps into place. The strength of the magnets supports the positioning of the tank bag. Secure the bag in one simple step and ride off - your luggage is safe with this clever solution.
The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets connect both parts of the ring together. The robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic with highly precise locking geometry ensures that the tank bag stays securely in place in all situations.
The patented PRO tank ring is designed to fit the tank filler neck of the motorcycle model, ensuring the best possible placement on the tank.
