BT-021 is a dual-compound radial tire designed for demanding performance and long distances for sport-touring motorcycles. Both the front and rear tire absorb shocks perfectly, vibrate less, and are among the quietest tires on the market. This sport-touring tire is developed to provide not only stability at high speeds under any load, but also sporty performance in corners. The luxurious riding feel, excellent stability, and great consistent grip. BT-021 is the first line of products from Bridgestone to use MSB (Mono Spiral Belt) on both tires. Optimal rigidity is ensured by HTSPC (High Tensile Super Penetrated Cord). This construction provides high stability and shock absorption at the highest level. The rear tire with SACT (Straight and Cornering Technology) technology with Cap&Base tread construction and dual compound provides excellent cornering control, while a firmer carcass and base layer provide the necessary tread rigidity for better traction and higher mileage (10-13 thousand km). Stability and cushioning are improved by the newly developed two-layer construction.
