Aggressive; will attack paints etc. Will not affect sealing cups; brake fluid lines or seal rings. DOT 5.1 can be mixed with other synthetic brake fluids; meeting FMVSS 116 DOT 3; DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 specifications; not with LHM or DOT 5 silicone.
