3M™ 02094 Trizact™ Hookit™ P1500 Ø75 mm is a professional sanding disc designed for repairing freshly painted surfaces and removing the most common defects occurring during painting. It is ideal for removing dust particles, minor runs, and orange peel before subsequent fine sanding and polishing.

The patented 3M™ Trizact™ technology uses precisely created three-dimensional abrasive structures that ensure an even sanding effect throughout the disc’s lifespan. The result is a consistent surface, easier sanding control, and higher quality preparation for further repair steps.

Grit P1500 represents the ideal choice for removing more pronounced imperfections in clear coat. After sanding, it is recommended to continue with a finer grit, such as Trizact™ P3000, which significantly reduces the time needed for subsequent polishing.

The disc is used wet with water, which limits abrasive clogging, reduces dust formation, and extends its lifespan. The 75 mm diameter allows precise sanding of localized repairs, smaller parts, and hard-to-reach areas.

Recommended Use

Thoroughly clean the surface before sanding. Use the disc wet with water with light pressure and continuously check the removal of damage. After sanding, it is recommended to continue with a Trizact™ P3000 disc and then polish the surface with a suitable polishing compound.

Warning: When sanding edges and embossments, work carefully to avoid sanding through the paint layer.
