3M™ 33544 Hookit™ Flexible Foam Abrasive Disc P2000 Ø150 mm is a professional flexible foam abrasive disc designed for very fine finishing sanding of painted surfaces, removal of minor paint defects, and final preparation before polishing.

The soft foam backing perfectly adapts to both flat and curved surfaces, ensuring even contact with the sanded part and minimizing the risk of edge sanding through. The disc is suitable for both hand and machine sanding.

The abrasive made of Aluminium Oxide provides high sanding performance and long durability. The P2000 grit is ideal for removing fine dust particles, minor paint imperfections, light surface texture leveling, and preparation before subsequent polishing.

The disc can be used dry or wet. Laser-perforated holes ensure effective dust and water removal, reducing abrasive clogging, extending its lifespan, and improving the quality of the final surface.

The 3M™ Hookit™ system allows quick disc replacement using hook and loop fastening. The 150 mm diameter is compatible with most professional random orbital sanders.

Recommended Use

Attach the disc to a Ø150 mm backing pad with the Hookit™ system. Use dry or moistened with water depending on the application type. When sanding, apply light pressure to achieve even abrasion and maximize abrasive lifespan.
