3M 30804 Trizact Hookit Foam Sanding Disc P8000 Ø76 mm

3M™ 30804 Trizact™ Hookit™ P8000 Ø76 mm is a professional foam sanding disc designed for the final sanding step before the final polishing of automotive paint. It represents the finest grit in the 3M™ Trizact™ system and is used to refine sanding marks left by P3000 or P5000 discs.

The patented 3M™ Trizact™ technology uses precisely shaped three-dimensional abrasive structures that gradually renew during use. This allows the disc to maintain consistent sanding performance, create an exceptionally fine sanding pattern, and achieve long durability.

The P8000 grit significantly reduces the time needed for subsequent polishing and in many cases allows skipping the use of coarse polishing compound. After sanding, the paint is ready for quick finishing with a fine polishing compound.

The disc is used wet with water, which reduces abrasive clogging, extends its lifespan, and ensures an even result. The foam backing perfectly conforms to the surface shape, distributes pressure evenly, and minimizes the risk of sanding through.

The 3M™ Hookit™ system allows quick disc changes using hook and loop fastening. The 76 mm diameter is ideal for localized repairs, smaller parts, and precise finishing work.

Recommended Use
