Instructions for cleaning the engine compartment

1. When you are going to clean the engine bay it is important; that the engine is perfectly cool.
2. Our all-purpose cleaner Green Star Dilute 1:10.
3. Cover everything; that should not get wet. All air intakes; alternator; coils; electronic control unit (ECU); on-board diagnostics (OBD), etc. It is best to use a plastic bag and masking tape.
4. Apply the diluted product first to the inside of the bonnet and then to the engine compartment itself. If coarse dirt is deposited in the engine compartment; we recommend using an engine cleaning brush; to disturb the dirt and thus help to make it easier to remove.
5. Leave the product on for 2-4 minutes afterwards. Caution; never let it dry!
6. Then rinse the engine compartment with a water hose or high pressure cleaner (wapka).
7. The engine compartment is clean and ready for preservation.

Instructions for preserving the engine

The application of our Motorplast is simple:

1. Spray it in one thin coat from a distance of approximately 20-30 cm on a pre-cleaned; still damp surface. (Only after washing!)
2. The preservative must then dry. The drying time is approximately 4 hours. ( After application, close the hood and leave it to act )
3. After 4 hours your car engine will be as good as new.
4. Finally, wipe off any residue of the product with a microfiber cloth
