Low, with 20 mm thick foam. Easy to install without tools or modifications. The seat base is made of ABS plastic and is supplied with a water-repellent membrane-covered seating foam under the PVC upholstery. It is not 100% waterproof due to the seams on the top surface, but has a membrane that does not allow water to permeate to the body of the foam. The parts on the seat needed to install the seat are pre-installed. Comes complete with hardware and installation instructions.
