3M 33540 Hookit Flexible Foam Sanding Disc P800 Ø150 mm

3M™ 33540 Hookit™ Flexible Foam Abrasive Disc P800 Ø150 mm is a professional flexible foam abrasive disc designed for fine sanding of fillers, dulling painted surfaces, and preparing parts before applying primers and topcoats.

The soft foam backing adapts excellently to both flat and contoured surfaces, ensuring even contact with the sanded part and minimizing the risk of sanding through edges. The disc is suitable for hand sanding as well as with an orbital sander.

The abrasive made of Aluminium Oxide provides high sanding performance and long durability. The P800 grit is suitable for final sanding of fillers before painting, dulling transition areas, and other preparatory work in the paint shop.

The disc can be used dry or wet. Laser-perforated holes ensure effective dust and water removal, reducing abrasive clogging and improving the quality of the final surface.

The 3M™ Hookit™ system allows quick disc changes using hook and loop fasteners. The 150 mm diameter is compatible with most professional orbital sanders.

Recommended Use

Attach the disc to a Ø150 mm backing pad with the Hookit™ system. Use dry or dampened with water as needed. When sanding, apply light pressure to achieve even abrasion and maximize abrasive life.
